SA Health - Southern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to lead a multidisciplinary team in a Community Rehabilitation Centre, delivering recovery-focused care. You will provide advanced clinical nursing rehabilitation, contribute to individualised rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with consumers, carers and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

You will work with the Team Manager to coordinate clinical services, mentor staff, drive practice
