Redpath Partners in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (Retail) to lead day-to-day asset operations across a small portfolio. You will manage contractors, maintenance programs, compliance and safety, while driving sustainability and customer experience across the assets.

You will report to the Centre Manager and balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery in a rapid-paced retail environment.
