Description

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Packaging Operator to join our Production team based in Milawa in a full time, permanent basis.

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for operating a range of packaging equipment to ensure our wines are packaged safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in producing quality outcomes and has a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate, monitor, clean and maintain packaging equipment.




- Set up packaging lines and replenish products and components as required.
- Conduct quality checks in accordance with procedures, HACCP and SQF requirements.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Support continuous line efficiency and minimise waste.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
- Perform hand packaging and rework activities as required.
- Adhere to food safety, quality and workplace health and safety standards.

Skills And Experiences

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Sound computer literacy and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating shift roster.
- A current driver's licence
