My client is a large and highly regarded regional organisation based in Bendigo, with a significant workforce and an important presence across the broader Central Victorian community. With a strong focus on its people, culture and ongoing organisational development, they offer the opportunity to work within a complex and purpose-driven workplace where People & Culture plays an important role in supporting workforce capability, inclusion and long-term organisational outcome.
In this role, you will provide expert advice and consultancy services to managers and staff across the organisation. You will work in partnership with managers to develop tailored, people-focused solutions that ensure high-quality outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing support and advice on employee and industrial relations matters.
- Promoting consistent interpretation and use of policies, protocols, and systems.
- Capturing and monitoring data to drive service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure consistent application of policies and protocols.
- Support employee relations and industrial relations initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse data for continuous improvement.
