Your new role

- Leading and mentoring a small workplace operations team
- Managing front-of-house and guest experience services
- Coordinating meeting room setup, catering, and hospitality services
- Overseeing workplace facilities, maintenance, and contractor management
- Managing workplace security processes and access control systems
- Supporting health, safety, and compliance requirements
- Maintaining records management processes
- Providing general office administration and operational support

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in workplace operations, facilities,



corporate reception, office management, hospitality, or a similar environment
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating a team
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- The ability to pass a National Police Check
