They are looking for an experienced payroll professional to join their finance team and support accurate, compliant payroll delivery.Your recent role
Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing across each pay cycleProcess employee payments, deductions, and payroll adjustments accuratelyMaintain payroll records and work closely with People & Culture on employee informationEnsure payroll transactions meet statutory, contractual, and internal requirementsComplete Single Touch Payroll submissions and mandatory regulatory reportingProvide payroll-related financial information to the accounting teamInvestigate payroll queries and support timely issue resolutionAssist with payroll system improvements, reporting, and process initiativesBuild effective relationships with employees, finance, HR, and system providersWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous experience managing end-to-end payroll processesStrong knowledge of payroll legislation, statutory reporting,



and employee deductionsExperience interpreting enterprise agreements and employment conditionsHigh attention to detail and accuracy when handling payroll dataStrong systems skills, with SAP experience highly regardedExcellent organisational skills and ability to meet strict payroll deadlinesConfident communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee informationProactive approach to process improvement and problem-solvingWhat you'll get in return
