We're looking for a Senior Registered Architect in Adelaide with strong project and leadership experience to join a well-established architecture practice.
Your new role
As a Senior Architect, you will take a leadership role across the delivery of medium to large-scale and complex projects, while supporting and mentoring project teams throughout all stages of delivery.Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects and act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project teams, programmes, fees, resources and deliverables.
- Oversee projects from design development through documentation, construction and handover.
- Lead and review documentation packages and QA processes.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary design teams to coordinate successful project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate team members.
- Contribute to fee proposals, submissions and future project opportunities.
- Support the studio's broader design, delivery and innovation objectives.

Key Capabilities
- Strong architectural design, project delivery and coordination experience.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent understanding of construction, documentation and project delivery.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and project deadlines.

- Commercial awareness across fees, resourcing and project performance.

What you'll need to succeed
Registered Architect in South Australia, with strong experience in senior architectural roles.Proven experience across design development, documentation, construction and project delivery through to handover.Strong understanding of Australian construction standards, contracts and architectural delivery requirements.Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.Experience leading and mentoring architects and project teams.Strong construction knowledge with excellent written and verbal communication skills.A collaborative approach to design and project delivery.Highly regarded:

- Project management training or experience.
- Revit and BIM knowledge, including project delivery experience.
- Broader industry involvement or advocacy experience.
