Your new role
As Business Services Manager, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of SME and privately owned clients, developing strong relationships and becoming a trusted adviser to business owners.You’ll oversee the delivery of business services and taxation work, provide commercial and strategic advice, review work prepared by the team, and manage workflow and deadlines. A key part of the position will be leading, mentoring and developing accountants while working closely with the partners on more complex client matters.This is an opportunity to have genuine influence within the firm and take ownership of both client relationships and team development.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Business Services professional with:





- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong Australian public practice experience
- Previous experience managing a client portfolio
- Excellent technical taxation and accounting knowledge
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience reviewing work and mentoring staff
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in advisory
- The ability to confidently engage with business owners
