Your new role
As a Change Analyst, you will work across a portfolio of large-scale digital transformation programs, supporting the planning, coordination and evaluation of change activities to drive successful adoption and implementation outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption activities.
- Analysing data, stakeholder feedback and implementation outcomes to provide actionable insights.
- Monitoring and reporting on change activities, readiness measures, adoption metrics and project progress.
- Identifying and managing change-related risks, issues, dependencies and barriers to adoption.
- Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders and external partners to support successful delivery and transition outcomes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and evidence-based decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

- Demonstrated experience supporting change management initiatives within project, program or digital transformation environments.




- Experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyse data, insights and stakeholder feedback to support decision-making and measure success.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing reports, briefings, communications and stakeholder materials.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience identifying risks, issues and implementation challenges and contributing to practical solutions.
- Previous experience supporting government, healthcare or large-scale digital transformation programs will be highly regarded.
- Qualifications or certifications in Change Management, Project Management, Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, Prosci, SAFe or similar are advantageous.
