- Prepare, format and proofread claims documentation, correspondence, statements and submissions.
- Manage digital dictation, document filing and claims records in line with established procedures.
- Process payments, invoices and accounts accurately and within required timeframes.
- Handle telephone enquiries and messages, escalating urgent matters promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure claims documentation is managed securely.
- Process government recovery applications, reconcile invoices and prepare documentation for the Reinsurance team.
- Provide general administrative support to the Civil Claims team as required.
