Mandurah Community Aged Care is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to provide daily clinical leadership to our RN, EN and PCA team and work with Clinical Managers to embed high-quality care systems for exceptional resident experiences.

You will mentor staff, drive robust clinical outcomes, help establish clinical systems for a brand-new home, and ensure funding, accreditation and compliance requirements are met.
