About the Role

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You’ll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

What you’ll do

- Interact with our customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
- Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings
- Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards
- Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during the previous rentals

What We’re Looking For:

- Afull and valid Australian driver’s licence
- Availability to work arotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
- Experience incustomer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
- Ability to work in afast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
- Comfortable usingcomputer systems to manage bookings and rental information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
