Joinery Installer - Commercial Retail Fit-Outs

Fetch Recruitment are seeking experienced Joinery Installers to join one of our clients working across commercial retail fit-out projects.

You'll have the opportunity to work on retail environments for recognised brands, including Adidasand other leading retailers , installing quality custom joinery and fixtures that bring retail spaces to life.

The Role

- Installing custom cabinetry, counters, shelving and retail display units.
- Fitting wall panelling, feature joinery and shop fixtures.
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and installation plans.
- Measuring, setting out, levelling and aligning joinery accurately.
- Using power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Working closely with site supervisors, project managers and other trades.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, site presentation and safety.
- Completing installations efficiently and to project specifications.

About You





- Experience in commercial joinery installation, shopfitting or cabinet making.
- Robust skills in installing custom joinery and retail fixtures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual and motivated, with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- White Card and relevant Australian work rights.
