Michael Page Australia is representing a major Australian employer to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a large-scale industrial operation. Based in Mt Isa, you will partner with leaders to provide expert ER/IR advice within a high-volume workplace.

You will lead investigations, coach leaders on HR processes, and drive workforce planning and engagement initiatives while supporting HR system improvements. A degree in HR is required and experience with large workforces is highly regarded.
