Discover Nursing Australia, a nurse-led disability support provider, seeks qualified Disability Support Workers to support participants in the Ruthven Street area of Toowoomba City. This independent contractor role involves community access, transport, companionship and assisting with daily routines as outlined in each participant’s plan.

You will work independently with guidance from our coordinating team, ensuring participant safety, confidentiality and adherence to support plans.
