ACCIONA is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to shape safety strategy, lead audits and risk reviews, and investigate incidents on Australia‑based defence projects. You will influence site safety culture and ensure robust Construction Safety Management Plans across ACCIONA’s projects.

You will report to the Health and Safety Manager, track injury frequency, and drive continuous improvement while fostering contractor relationships and a strong safety/setting mindset on site.
