The Ormsby is 136 bed , Modern Residential Aged Care home located in Buderim

Purpose of the role

To work as a senior nursing clinician to provide a variety of generalist nursing duties, including medication management, assessment, coordination and case management and supervision of staff to ensure appropriate care for residents.

- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the day-to-day activities of care teams including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Workers, Diversional Therapists and Allied Health staff




- Promote a culture of service delivery that aims to improve the lifestyle experiences of residents
- Develop appropriate care plans in consultation with the resident, their family/carer and other members of the care team
