Monash Health is seeking an experienced Grade 3 Occupational Therapist to become a Workforce Clinical Educator. The role focuses on developing, delivering and evaluating evidence‑based education for the Occupational Therapy workforce across Adult Inpatient Care.

You will lead learning programs, coach clinicians, and partner with department leaders to shape workforce development and qualified growth within a collaborative learning culture.
