South Western Sydney Local Health District invites applications for a Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist at Rosemeadow Community Health Centre. The CNS will provide ongoing education, mentoring and clinical support to clients, carers, nursing and multidisciplinary staff.

We seek an experienced CNS in Palliative Care with strong communication and cooperative skills, committed to high-quality, patient-centred care and supporting teams through education and clinical guidance.
