YMCA Victoria is seeking a Senior Operations Centre Coordinator to lead four seasonal pool sites across Mount Alexander. You will supervise contract operations, recruitment, onboarding, rostering and staff development while ensuring safety, quality standards and budgetary reporting are met.

The role is a full time fixed-term position at an hourly rate of $40.07 plus super, based in Castlemaine, Victoria. Candidates with leadership experience in aquatic facilities and relevant certifications are
