KPAT Hotels is seeking a hands-on Chef for the Outstanding Western Hotel in Hughenden. This FIFO role (1 week on, 1 week off) focuses on managing a busy kitchen in a remote outback venue, delivering high-quality meals and maintaining standards with a country charm.

Flights to Townsville and accommodation are provided. Ideal candidates have pub kitchen experience, at least three years in a similar role, great organisational skills, and a positive can-do attitude.
