MTE, based at our Edinburgh facility in Adelaide's north, seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the function with real influence over a complex, multi-discipline business. You will report to the Adelaide-based Director, supervise two HR Coordinators, and partner with senior leaders to deliver practical outcomes across the organisation.

You will navigate diverse employment types under seven Up-to-date Awards and drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and leadership capability
