IMPACT Community Services Limited is seeking multiple Child and Youth Mentors in Hervey Bay to deliver flexible, non-clinical mental health support for children and families. These full time fixed-term roles run through to 30/06/2027 and focus on assessments, goal setting, and practical support within a culturally sensitive framework.

You will implement Family Action Plans, conduct needs and risk assessments, and connect clients with community resources while maintaining confidential case
