Sibanye Stillwater Australia (SSWA) is seeking a Recruitment Advisor for Australian Operations on a fixed-term, remote role with a 5/2 roster. The role involves travel to Century Operations, Karumba Port and Mt Lyell Project sites as recruitment ramps up and operational readiness is established.

You will partner with hiring managers and the HR team to plan and deliver recruitment campaigns, screen candidates, coordinate offers and onboarding, while maintaining a positive candidate experience
