Zone & Co is seeking a Renewal Specialist, Services Sales to manage the full renewals lifecycle for a global SaaS portfolio. This role drives retention and revenue by coordinating with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations in a remote-first, high-growth setting.

You will own renewal books, conduct pre-renewal reviews, deliver proposals, chase churn reduction, forecast renewals, and maintain CRM records while aligning with product pricing and policy changes.
