Gough Recruitment partners with a leading real estate brand in Mandurah to appoint a Property Manager. You will manage an established portfolio of about 150 properties across Mandurah and the Peel region, supported by a dedicated PM Assistant and VA help.

The role is 95% office-based with a solid focus on relationships with owners and tenants. WA PM registration is required, with 2–3+ years' portfolio experience and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
