Bank of America Merrill Lynch MAPS provides front-line support for Equity, Derivatives, Clearing, Settlements and P&L; in Global Markets Operations. The role supports Python-based apps and databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MongoDB) and collaborates with development and infrastructure across APAC (Australia, Singapore, Japan).

Includes on-call, weekend coverage, and adherence to ITIL incident/problem/change processes to ensure high availability. Markets APS hours typically run 7:00 AM–7:00 PM local.
