Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for Proactive Services across stores in Brisbane. You will lead a team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection, and waste support, while coaching staff and driving daily operations in a quick-paced retail environment.

You will create rosters, track hours and attendance, coordinate with Store Leadership on priorities, and ensure consumables are ordered and budgeted for. Flexibility to work across shifts is required.
