Job Description

Our company is seeking qualified candidates to participate in paid national and local focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies. For many of our paid market research opportunities, you have the option to participate either remotely or in person. This provides a great prospect to earn extra income with the flexibility of working from home online.

Qualifications and Requirements

- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop.
- A high-speed internet connection is required.
- Must be able to understand and follow both oral and written instructions.
- Open to people with Full Australian Working Rights.
- No data entry clerk experience needed.
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Ability to comfortably sit for long periods of time.
- Good Computer and Typing Skills.
- Comfortable desk and good Internet connection.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve conflict and de‑escalate tense situations.
- Minimum of 100 hours as a Lifeline Digital Services Crisis Supporter (CS) including well developed skills and competency in crisis support practice.
- A clear understanding of reflective practice and debrief techniques in Crisis Support.
- Completed or willing to complete LLA training including coaching training, ISS training and other ongoing training as required for the role.
- Education in youth work, social work, counselling, psychology or allied health field (2 years post accreditation desirable).
- Ability to acquire a current Working with Children Check and a current Police Check.
- Background in remote service delivery of allied health services (desirable).
- High level of proficiency with a wide range of software programs including Microsoft Office suite, online meeting platforms (e.g. MS TEAMS) and accuracy in typing and data entry.
- Ability to work on a 24 hours 7 day a week rotating Shift Roster.
- Demonstrable skill in managing time and workload efficiently.
- The ability to work independently and use own initiative, as well as work and contribute proactively to a team environment.
- Ability to exhibit discretion and professional acumen with a growth mindset approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving and collaborative work environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet from the place of work – home office.
- Private space to work with a desk, chair, and lighting to comfortable work.



Ability to maintain Work Health & Safety requirements of private workspace.
- Computer able to operate the latest operating system, camera, keyboard, mouse and preferably two screens.
- Phone service to use in the event of an outage or emergency.

Compensation

- Earn up to $1550 per week (amount varies based on the selected focus group or research assignment).
- $30-$75 per 1 hour session.
- $950-$1550 for multi‑session studies.

Job Responsibilities

- Interact with customers by answering phone calls promptly, responding to emails within 24 hours and meeting with customers in person as needed.
- Resolve complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner with the primary goal of satisfying their needs and continuing to earn their business.
- Perform basic billing duties, including completing customer transactions over the phone, issuing refunds as needed,



researching past billing discrepancies and taking care of product exchanges.
- Provide customers with status reports on shipments, and help to package and ship products as needed.
- Update customer databases, including contact details, past complaints and resolutions, billing information, and auto‑shipment enrolment.
- Meet weekly, monthly and annual goals for call volume, customer satisfaction, sales and rapid response times.
- Analyse and set personal and departmental performance goals designed to improve customer satisfaction. Assist management in coming up with attractive incentives and rewards for superior performance.
- Participate in weekly interdepartmental meetings and prepare to report on any customer issues that came up during the week and how they were resolved.

Additional Responsibilities (Gold Class Accounts)

- Client Outreach: Connecting with potential new clients through various channels, including phone, email, and site visits.
- Consultative Selling: Engaging with clients to understand their needs and tailoring our services to meet their specific requirements.
- Building Relationships: Nurturing client relationships and maintaining regular contact to ensure their satisfaction and address any queries.
- Achieving Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Education and Experience

- Track record to achieve KPI’s and targets regularly.
- 5 years experience in a similar sales role.
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
- Ability to build and foster professional relationships.
- Bookkeeping and accounting background preferable.
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM preferable.
