Supplyhaus, part of the McNab Group, is seeking an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our South Brisbane team. You will support the Head of Supply with executive tasks, team communications and business coordination, providing a trusted, discreet partner in a rapid-moving environment.

You’ll manage diaries, travel, meetings and preparation of materials, while building relationships across Supplyhaus and the McNab Group.
