Optimal Recruitment is seeking a hands-on pick packer for a Sydney-based meal delivery business. This permanent role runs Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., in a small, friendly team workplace. The ideal candidate will handle picking, packing, labeling, and stock control with attention to detail in a cold/frozen setting.

You will work with scanners, manage batch numbers, and help maintain food safety standards while supporting daily throughput and on-time deliveries.
