Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to lead a brand-new education project for a respected commercial builder in Perth. You will manage the full lifecycle from planning to handover, drive programme, budget, quality and safety, and oversee contracts and stakeholder relationships.

This 17-month project offers a strong package up to AUD 220K + Super. A cooperative team and long-standing builder background support delivery and work-life balance in a Perth-based role.
