SA Health is seeking a Part-time Community Nurse in Port Lincoln to deliver outpatient and home-based nursing care across Eyre and Western. The role supports hospital avoidance strategies and offers flexible hours, including school hours or shorter shifts, on a 7-day service from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will perform wound care, venipuncture, CVAD and catheter management, and medication administration within a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for skilled growth.
