Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor

We are one of the largest poultry processors in Australia, supplying major brands across QSR/FCD, General Trade & Retail markets.

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor to support our farming operations across multiple sites throughout Victoria.

This is a hands‑on, field-based role where you'll work directly with Farm Managers, operational leaders and employees to drive a proactive safety culture, improve safety performance and ensure compliance across our farming business. About the Role

Reporting to the VIC & QLD OHS Manager, you will partner with leaders across several farming locations to provide practical health, safety and wellbeing support.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Supporting incident investigations and corrective actions.




- Coaching leaders on safety best practice and compliance requirements.
- Facilitating safety training, toolbox talks and wellbeing initiatives.
- Assisting with injury management and return-to-work processes.
- Monitoring and reporting on safety performance and trends.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple farming sites.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to embed a positive safety culture.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a HSW, WHS or Safety Advisor position.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles.
- Experience in agriculture, farming, poultry, food production, manufacturing or operational environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong investigation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent).
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites.
