Fruition Recruitment is seeking an Employee Relations Adviser in Geelong to coach people managers on informal processes and support staff with queries beyond a people manager or HR Shared Services. You will own ER cases, providing guidance to reach fair resolutions and prevent escalation.
You’ll work with ER Senior Managers on complex cases and change programmes such as redundancy and restructure, contributing to a high-quality, compliant HR function.
