Cleanaway is seeking a customer-focused individual to join the Customer Care team in Australia. You’ll be the first point of contact for Commercial & Industrial and Municipal Council customers, delivering exceptional service, resolving enquiries and ensuring timely support.
Reporting to the Customer Care Floor Lead, you’ll handle calls and emails, coordinate bookings and work with operations to meet customer needs. Solid communication and problem-solving are essential.
