Australian Mentoring Services (AMS) is seeking a Team Leader for Supported Independent Living in Blacktown, NSW. This permanent part time role requires a shift-based roster with Saturday availability, and is open to male applicants only due to participant needs.

You will lead a team of Mentors across SIL homes in Western Sydney, ensuring person-centred support and high-quality care. Reporting to the Practice Leader, you will coordinate daily operations, oversee behaviour support and medication
