functions, community activities, performances, meetings, conferences and sporting events across Council venues.
No two shifts are the same. One day you may be assisting with the setup of a community event, the next supporting a major performance, helping venue hirers access facilities, or ensuring everything runs smoothly during an evening function.

Your responsibilities may include:
- Event and function setup and pack down (bump-in and bump-out)

- Monitoring events and responding to operational issues
- Assisting clients, performers, contractors and members of the public
- Providing high-quality customer service and resolving enquiries
- Supporting the safe and efficient operation of Council venues
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the team that helps deliver events and experiences across Council's venues and community spaces.
You’ll gain exposure to a diverse range of events, work alongside experienced venue professionals, and enjoy a flexible casual role where every shift brings something different.
Whether supporting a community function, major event, sporting fixture or cultural performance, you’ll be helping create memorable experiences for our community.
