You will own day-to-day trading, onsite performance and the customer experience, leading a small eCommerce team with Marketing, Merchandise, Planning, CX, Product and Technology.
You will focus on CRO, landing pages, analytics and campaigns, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver onsite merchandising, content and conversion.
