Housekeeping Guest Services – Crystalbrook Riley

We’re searching for a our very own ‘Rosie the Robot’ – you know, from The Jetsons – a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

- Making every room feel like home away from home
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
- Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

- This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

- You’ve got the attention for detail keeping rooms crisp and making them shine
- You’re reliable, punctual and adaptable
