ICYS Ipswich Community Youth Service Inc is creating an Assertive Outreach Program to support young people aged 12 to under 18 who are under Child Safety intervention. We are hiring Case Managers for a current regional service in Ipswich/West Moreton.
These are full‑time roles requiring hands-on, relationship-based outreach. You will coordinate supports, work with Child Safety and families, and respond to high-risk situations with trauma-informed care.
