Coast & Country Primary Care (CCPC) is seeking a Mental Health Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team delivering Psychological Therapies for Underserviced Populations Program across Dubbo and surrounding region.
You will perform assessments, deliver interventions, coordinate care and promote recovery and wellbeing for adults with moderate to severe mental health challenges, including risk management and health promotion. A full range of qualified and organizational support is provided.
