What we're looking for

- Relevant early childhood education qualification (e.g., Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care)
- Demonstrated experience working in a childcare or early learning environment




- Strong understanding of child development and the ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or the ability to obtain one
