Limelight People is partnering with a Health service in Regional Victoria to appoint a Director of Care for two Aged Care sites. The successful candidate will lead clinical governance, quality improvement and aged care service delivery across multiple sites, reporting to senior management.

The role requires AHPRA registration, extensive leadership in aged care, and solid communication. A full-time position based in country Victoria with salary up to 160k–170k plus super and opportunities for
