Medical Recruitment Consultant – GP - $130K to $160K OTE - Hybrid

Since 2012, JPS Medical Recruitment has placed 100's of GPs into practices across Australia. We’re a close-knit team of 20 based on Turbot Street in Brisbane’s CBD. We hire good people, train them well and then trust them to do the job, without micromanagement.

The role
You’ll be a 360° consultant who owns the whole process: finding and building relationships with GPs and practice owners, then guiding placements through AHPRA registration, provider numbers and relocation. You’ll get structured training from the business founder and have access to 1,000's of candidates and clients from day one.

About you

Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, pharma/medical sales or a similar target-driven role

Confident on the phone and comfortable talking with doctors and business owners





Organised and proactive, able to juggle multiple candidates and clients at once

Motivated by earnings and by doing work that matters

What you’ll get

$70–90K base + super, depending on experience

40% commission on billings above your quarterly threshold ($60–75K, depending on base), uncapped

Realistic OTE of $130–160K once established, and our top billers earn [$X]

Hours of 8–4:30 Mon–Thu and 8–3 Friday

Hybrid: WFH Mondays and Fridays once trained (around four weeks)

Transparent progression to Senior Consultant / Team Lead

Friday team lunches and proper team events (last year’s was a sunset yacht charter on the Gold Coast and a 5-star hotel stay)
