Greater Northern Community Services (GNCS) is seeking an Enrolled Nurse / Support Worker to assist a participant with MS in Hawthorn East, VIC. You will provide clinical and personal care, monitoring wellbeing and supporting daily routines.

The role requires MS care experience, high-intensity support capability, and relevant checks (NDIS, WWCC, Police). GNCS emphasises compassionate, reliable service and skilled boundaries in a client-centered environment.
