We are seeking two experienced Program Advisors to support the delivery of programs and projects within a large, complex organisation.

Working closely with Program Managers, Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining governance and reporting requirements, and ensuring delivery information is accurate and up to date.

Key responsibilities

- Provide program and project support across multiple initiatives.
- Prepare and quality-check project documentation, status reports and governance materials.
- Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, minutes and decision records.
- Maintain project schedules, resource allocations, risk and issue registers.
- Track budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances and timesheets.
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes, reporting and controls.

You will also have:

- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling and resource management tools.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills.
- An understanding of project management frameworks such as PRINCE2, Agile or MSP.
- Experience in public sector environments.
- ICT project experience will be highly regarded.

The primary work location is Carseldine, with flexibility to work from the Brisbane CBD if required. A minimum of 50% office attendance applies.
