Redgate is seeking a hands-on Product Security professional to embed security practices across engineering teams. You will define and operationalise security requirements from design through release, with authority to make independent security calls and triage findings.
You will partner with engineering and product teams to shape secure-by-default standards, guide threat modelling for recent features, and drive practical risk reduction across cloud-native environments, including AI integrations.
