Sunshine College is seeking a Leading Teacher – SunLit to drive the strategic direction, implementation and evaluation of the College's SunLit reading program across Years 7–10, with a focus on improving reading achievement and growth for all students.

The role will provide curriculum development leadership, assessment, and progress monitoring, working with Teaching teams to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with the College’s strategic plan and literacy goals.
