Our Real Estate practice group is recognised as one of theleading teams in Australia and demand on our services has createdan opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the Brisbane team,working primarily with PartnerWillWebster. This broad role would work across all areasof property law including acquisition & disposals, complex leasingand infrastructure / major projects with the key responsibilitiesand requirements for this role as follows;

Responsibilities

- Provide general commercial and contract advice to propertysector clients
- Assist with complex commercial sale and acquisitionagreements
- Provide high end advice on large leasing transactions
- Advise clients on infrastructure and property developmentprojects
- Assist with business development and marketinginitiatives

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a reputablecommercial practice
- PEXA expertise is highly regarded
- Excellent analytical, drafting and communicationskills




- Strong time management & organisational skills with thecapacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting prioritiessimultaneously
